Chelsea Flower Show 2013

Scape Design participates, in partnership with Cancer Research UK, at the centenary Chelsea Flower Show in London (21 - 25 May), winning a gold medal and an award for the best garden in the 'Fresh Garden Category'.

This year's show garden 'After the fire', one of the largest gardens (97m2) in a prime position in the Fresh section at the Chelsea Flower Show 2013, is based on the amazing ability of nature to regenerate in the years after forest fire, something that can be regularly seen worldwide and that devastates acres of woodland.

We are supporting Cancer Research UK with our garden this year. Frances Milner, Director of Supporter-Led Fundraising at Cancer Research UK said: We're delighted that Scape Design has chosen to support our work with its garden at Chelsea Flower Show this year. We hope this opportunity will enable us to highlight the importance of our work and the impact we're making. One day we will beat cancer, and support like this will enable us to make that day come sooner.

Jean-Philippe Weimer, Designer de Lumière kindly supports this garden project with his art of light.
