This garden is located in the historic village of Saint-Victor-des-Oules. The region is exposed to extreme weather conditions with very hot and dry summers and very cold and dry winters which require a selection of plants adapted to these conditions.

The original atmosphere was of an abandoned garden, dominated by a typical house of this area which created a beautiful ambiance. The main objective was to preserve the authentic atmosphere. We used materials and techniques from the area and from the site where possible in order to keep it in harmony. The challenge was to integrate a swimming pool, a dry planting and a practical family garden - all within 500m².

Winner of 'Les Victoires du Paysage' 2014.
